Online coaching is fully remote you can train anywhere in the world with my guidance.
For 1:1 training sessions, I’m based at PT Workspace in Milton Keynes or other selected private gyms.
Progress reports are required once a month.
If a report isn’t submitted for more than one month, your coaching may be paused or terminated.
Reports help me adjust your plan and track your real progress.
You must inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
If you don’t show up without notice, the session will be counted as completed.
Late arrivals reduce your session time accordingly.
It depends on your consistency, nutrition, and recovery.
Most clients notice visible changes in body shape, energy and strength within 6–8 weeks when following the plan correctly.
