Alexandra lost 8 kg in two months despite having hormonal issues and PCOS. Kamila went through a full body recomposition — meaning simultaneous fat loss and muscle building.
Her body became noticeably firmer, stronger and more proportionate, with visible improvements in muscle tone, posture and overall shape.
What makes her transformation even more impressive is that Kamila has been struggling with low T3 and T4 thyroid hormones, which naturally slow down the metabolic rate and make fat loss much harder .Despite these obstacles, Kamila showed extraordinary discipline and consistency.

MARTYNA

Both are fully personalized to your goals, body and training level.
Yes, you can upgrade or switch between packages anytime.
Online coaching is fully remote you can train anywhere in the world with my guidance.
For 1:1 training sessions, I’m based at PT Workspace in Milton Keynes or other selected private gyms.
Progress reports are required once a month.
If a report isn’t submitted for more than one month, your coaching may be paused or terminated.
Reports help me adjust your plan and track your real progress.
You must inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
If you don’t show up without notice, the session will be counted as completed.
Late arrivals reduce your session time accordingly.
It depends on your consistency, nutrition, and recovery.
Most clients notice visible changes in body shape, energy and strength within 6–8 weeks when following the plan correctly.
