REFUND POLICY — FORMÉ BODY LAB (UK)
1. Digital Products & Online Coaching — No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content and personalised online coaching:
- No refunds are available after purchase
- This includes meal plans, training plans, downloads, subscriptions, and coaching services
You gain immediate access to digital materials, therefore the right to cancel does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital goods exemption).
2. Physical Products (Clothing / Merch)
You may return unused physical products within 14 days of delivery if:
✅ they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged
✅ with original packaging and labels attached
❌ personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refund will be issued within 14 days of accepted return.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If any physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
