Sport has been a part of my life for many years — it’s not just my passion, it’s my lifestyle.
I’m currently expanding my knowledge in medical training, which helps clients regain mobility and strength after injuries, surgeries, or challenging childbirths.
I specialize in strength training and body shaping, but I view the body holistically as a system that should function efficiently, stay healthy, and feel full of energy.
I’ve already helped many women achieve their dream physique, but for me, the greatest reward is seeing my clients regain their health, strength, and confidence.
My philosophy? I don’t believe in quick-fix diets or fleeting motivation.
I believe in sustainable change and building discipline because if you have discipline, you don’t need motivation.
My second great passion is nutrition and supplementation.
I know that even the best training won’t deliver full results without proper nutrition.
That’s why I create individual training and nutrition plans, tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
I’m a free spirit — I don’t feel limited by anything.
I love people, animals, good music, and discovering the world.
Movement is my best friend; it always helps me overcome the hardest emotions and thoughts.
That’s why I created Formé — a name with two meanings:
FOR ME – literally “for you.” It’s the moment when you choose yourself and decide to take the first step toward change.
FORMÉ – meaning “form.” It’s not only about a beautiful, strong body, but also about inner strength, discipline, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves you.
